SMACK set out to revolutionise RHP’s online presence, creating a user friendly, eye catching website that makes a step change in the industry. We took inspiration from other industries, such as retail experiences and used the latest trends to create a website that users want to visit. We used techniques like card sorting and prototyping to organise the vast sitemap in to a logical and easily navigable system. The simple user experience is colour coded to assist with navigation and the build complies with W3C accessibility guidelines, one of RHP’s requirements. Call to actions are clear, the new website has dramatically transformed the use of the service, actions which were once cumbersome to perform online, are now seamless processes.
